Can you get a refund on your purchase?
Purchases are final once paid. We refund only when we remove a paid listing. Statutory rights are not affected.

Paid purchases are final
Once you've paid for a listing or product on Startup Biz Today, the purchase is not refundable. This policy is set out in the terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
When we issue a refund
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing you've bought, you receive an automatic full refund to your original payment method. We also issue a credit note. If you paid in crypto, we'll ask for a payout address to process the refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
When a payment is disputed or reversed, all items bought with that order are removed while the dispute is being resolved. If the dispute is decided in our favour, the items can be restored to your account.
