- Can I bring my own email delivery provider?
- Yes. You can use any provider you like, including Postmark, Mailgun, Brevo and Amazon SES through their integrations, or you can configure an SMTP server. Using your own provider also saves €0.001 per email.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- No, due to the nature of how they charge for usage, it's not possible to pay for a full year in advance. Paying for only what you use will save you money, though you'll get invoiced every month.
- When can I cancel?
- You can cancel at any time with no questions asked. You'll receive one final invoice for the usage in your last month.
- Can I use both Mailcoach as an email provider and my own email provider(s)?
- No, due to the pricing difference for each email sent, each team needs to choose between Mailcoach or an integrated provider.
