A notification infrastructure platform that helps developers build and manage notifications across multiple channels including email, SMS, push, Slack, and in-app messaging with a single API.
What we know
- What is a notification?
- A notification is defined as a message triggered to a single user or object on any downstream channel such as Email, Push, In-app, SMS, Slack, Webhook, etc.
- What qualifies as a notification for billing purposes?
- If a workflow triggers notifications to one user on multiple channels (e.g., Email, SMS, and In-app), each channel counts as a separate notification. If a workflow triggers a call to a webhook endpoint, it counts as a separate notification. If a workflow triggers notifications to multiple users in bulk request, each user's notification is counted separately. Notifications that are failed by SuprSend due to reasons like user opt-out or inactive channels are not counted towards billing. In case of batching/digest where multiple requests are batched into one notification, it counts as one notification for billing.
- Is SuprSend billing based only on the notifications triggered?
- Yes, SuprSend billing is based only on notifications triggered, regardless of the number of requests sent to SuprSend. However, there is a generous fair limit on the number of requests allowed to ensure smooth system performance.
- Do you offer a free trial of the paid plans?
- Yes, SuprSend provides a Sandbox for one month where you can access all the features of the paid plans. After one month, you can upgrade to one of the paid plans or continue building on the Free plan.
- Does SuprSend sign BAAs for HIPAA-compliant customers?
- Yes, SuprSend is HIPAA compliant and signs BAA agreements for customers on the Enterprise plan.
