Why is my listing held until I complete my founder profile?
Founder profiles must be complete before any listing goes live, even if you have already paid.

Profile requirements before launch
Your founder profile at /account/founder is the gate. A listing cannot go live or be scheduled until this profile is finished. You need:
- A photo and one-line caption for it
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A bio of at least 80 characters
- At least one personal link (your own website or a personal social profile; company pages do not count)
Optional: your city and a link to a founder story.
Your listing is not lost
If your listing shows as waiting, it has been submitted and paid for—it is simply paused. Complete your profile, and the listing releases automatically. Any paid week you reserved that has not yet arrived stays yours. If that week has passed already, your listing goes live this week (paid) or moves into the next free-queue week (free). We notify you of the rescheduling.
Adding team members
Invite co-founders from the Team section within /account/founder. Each co-founder's own profile must be complete before they appear on your product.

- What counts as a personal link?
- Your own website or personal social media profile. Links to company pages or business accounts do not meet the requirement.

- Once each co-founder has completed their own profile in the Team section at /account/founder.
